Stripped of the over-production that plagued many of his studio recordings the raw emotion can come to the fore. Hardin isn't heard much these days and that's too bad.
This collection could be a start to remedy the neglect. We lost such a gorgeous singer-songwriter when Tim passed. This live album is far better than any of his studio albums in that it does not suffer from over production and captures Tim Hardin at the apex of his career.
It was all downhill after this. This album was not available for decades hence the high cost. Highly recommended. It must have been a wonderful feeling for Tim to feel the appreciation coming from the crowd.
